      本年度的调查将于2016年8月22日-11月4日期间展开。对于参加调查的理光客户,我们会联系您并耽误您25分钟的时间来完成此次调查。

      Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of Ricoh's ongoing efforts to listen to our valued customers and to build great relationship..

      This year's survey will be conducted between 22 August and 4 November 2016. A selected sample of our valued customers will be contacted for a 25-minutes survey.
